SaaS & Supply Chain

ClientPlatformOutcome
OrderMesh ReplatformWebflowOrderMesh gives ecommerce and print-on-demand brands a single layer to route, track, and manage orders across every fulfillment partner they work with, replacing the spreadsheets and one off integrations that break as a catalog scales. Its marketing site had been running on WordPress, where every content change required a developer ticket and product launches waited on a release window. DoodleWeb replatformed the site onto Webflow with a governed component library, migrated all existing content and URL structure with redirects mapped one to one, and handed the CMS to the marketing team with training and documentation.

Aerospace & Defense

ClientPlatformOutcome
Ursa MajorWordPressUrsa Major delivers mission-ready aerospace and defense systems across hypersonics, solid rocket motors, and space-based defense, leveraging additive manufacturing and modular architectures to produce scalable all-up rounds, engines, and SRMs faster than legacy providers. From throttleable, storable hypersonics to tactically responsive satellite propulsion and extended-range solid rocket motors, Ursa Major is powering the joint force with flexible, American-made systems for any mission, in any domain. DoodleWeb replatformed them onto WordPress — shipping a procurement-grade marketing site with significantly faster page loads, restructured navigation for defense and government stakeholders, and an editor-friendly CMS that lets internal comms publish at the pace of an engineering organization. Shipped in 16 weeks.

Technology & SaaS

ClientPlatformOutcome
Amplify AIWebflowAmplify AI, a B2B SaaS startup, replaced a slow custom WordPress site with a Webflow rebuild from DoodleWeb. Outcome: 4× demo bookings in the first 60 days post-launch, demo-to-customer rate up 60%, and a marketing team that ships pages independently without engineering involvement. Shipped in 10 weeks.
SiteSonarCustom React + EdgeSiteSonar is a DoodleWeb-built product: a no-code website performance adapter that lifts AI-search (GEO/AEO) visibility, identifies high-intent traffic, and converts more pipeline — without rebuilding the underlying site. Starts at $99/month, installs in 14 days, requires zero CMS migration. Used by marketing teams that need AI-search citation share without a replatform.
HeroChatReact + ViteHeroChat (SiteSonar) is a no-code website performance adapter that improves GEO/AEO visibility, guides visitors with LLM-ready buyer interactions, identifies high-intent traffic, activates video content, and converts more existing traffic into qualified pipeline — without a rebuild or CMS migration. DoodleWeb shipped the marketing site, product story, and the chat-based product UI in a 12-week sprint: hero radar visualization, modular problem→response sections, pricing from $99/mo, and a live in-page demo. 14-day install, no code, no migration.
RFPManagerReact + SupabaseRFPManager is a B2B SaaS platform that helps revenue teams centralize, draft, and respond to RFPs faster. DoodleWeb shipped the marketing front door, auth experience, and product entry — including email/password sign-in, Google OAuth, password recovery, and account onboarding — on a modern React + Supabase stack.
GootenWordPress on KinstaGooten (an OrderMesh Inc. brand) had a WordPress-on-Kinsta site that was failing on security headers (Grade F) and — worse — every search and AI crawler was hitting a Cloudflare bot-verification wall instead of the actual content. AEO score was 0. DoodleWeb hardened the site at the application layer (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy), tightened Wordfence, hid the WP version, moved the login to a private path, and coordinated with Kinsta support to disable the extra Cloudflare challenge rules that were blocking legitimate crawlers — while leaving Kinsta's baseline protection in place. Result: SecurityHeaders grade F → A, GPTBot / Googlebot / Claude / Perplexity now return a clean HTTP 200 with full HTML, zero malware, daily automated scanning on, and bot-driven hosting spikes controlled at the firewall level. Completed and verified June 2026.

eCommerce

ClientPlatformOutcome
Wildflower Hemp CoShopify PlusWildflower Hemp Co sells federally legal THCa flower and cannot run a single paid ad, so DoodleWeb rebuilt the Shopify Plus storefront, shipped a full AEO/GEO layer, cleaned up technical SEO, and designed the email automation program the brand never turned on. Weekly revenue rose 22% in the first two weeks and the store is now cited in AI answers on 43% of 300 tracked buyer queries.

Education

ClientPlatformOutcome
Young Americans CenterWordPress on WP EngineYoung Americans Center for Financial Education runs the only bank in the world for kids alongside a set of hands-on programs, AmeriTowne, International Towne, Money Matters, YouthBiz, and summer camp, that teach financial literacy to youth. Two audiences, two brands, one mission, and previously two disconnected websites. DoodleWeb ran a brand and experience repositioning, then rebuilt the platform on WordPress at WP Engine: a sub-brand system that lets Young Americans Center, Young Americans Bank, and each program keep its own color world while sharing one component library, program pages that lead with a plain-language promise instead of nonprofit jargon, and an editorial model that keeps mission content and regulated bank content cleanly separated. Shipped in 18 weeks. WCAG 2.2 AA conformant.
George Brown CollegeDrupal 10George Brown College engaged DoodleWeb for a full AODA and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit and remediation across their Drupal 10 platform serving 30,000+ students, 100+ editors, and 8 faculties. Combined automated scans (axe-core, Pa11y, Lighthouse CI) with manual expert testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, keyboard-only) surfaced 412 unique WCAG failures across 47 templates. In 24 weeks, DoodleWeb closed 100 percent of Level A and AA issues, shipped an AODA-conformant component library, delivered a VPAT 2.5 (WCAG 2.2 AA and AODA), lifted the average Lighthouse accessibility score from 74 to 98, and trained 100+ editors on accessible content practices. The college now publishes across faculties without reintroducing barriers, backed by weekly automated regression scans in CI.
Trinity Western UniversityDrupalTrinity Western University hired DoodleWeb for a WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit and remediation across their Drupal recruitment platform. A video-heavy, animation-rich site had accumulated barriers: autoplaying hero video without controls, insufficient contrast on brand overlays, missing captions on 60+ program videos, keyboard-inaccessible mega menu, and quicklinks without discernible labels. Over 18 weeks DoodleWeb ran a full manual and automated audit (axe-core, Pa11y, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, keyboard-only), closed 287 unique WCAG 2.2 AA failures, added prefers-reduced-motion support across every animation, captioned 60+ program videos, delivered a VPAT 2.5 and a public accessibility statement, and lifted the Lighthouse accessibility score from 71 to 97. The site now competes visually with top global universities without excluding prospective students who rely on assistive technology.
