Where they started.
Wildflower Hemp Co came to us with a clear ambition and an aging stack that could not keep up. The brief: rebuild without losing the equity already earned, and ship something the team would be proud to show off in board meetings and on launch day.
What we built.
We ran a focused discovery, made the architecture call (Shopify), shipped a design system tuned to the brand, and built in tight loops with the in-house team. Performance, accessibility, and content workflows were treated as features, not after-thoughts.
Where it landed.
Wildflower Hemp Co launched on time and under the original scope. Pages render fast, editors ship without filing tickets, and the marketing team has runway to test. We stayed on for 30 days of post-launch care.
