When to hire us for this

When you need a website that actually moves the business forward, not just one that looks pretty in a portfolio.
WHAT'S INCLUDED

Everythingthatshipswithevery engagement.

No surprise add-ons. No phase two for the basics. The list below is the floor, not the ceiling.

UX research and journey mapping

We map every key audience, their decisions, and the moments that matter. The site gets designed for the way people actually behave, not assumptions.

Brand-led visual design

Typography, color, motion, and voice that come from your brand (or a new one we build with you). Distinctive, considered, and never templated.

Conversion-optimized interfaces

Every page has a job. We design clear hierarchies, smart defaults, and CTAs that guide users to action without shouting.

Truly responsive layouts

Tested across iOS, Android, tablet, and desktop. Touch targets, performance, and legibility get the same care as the desktop hero.

Accessibility built in

WCAG 2.2 AA from day one, not bolted on. Color contrast, keyboard navigation, semantic structure, and screen reader checks happen during design.

Design systems that scale

Components, tokens, and documentation your team can extend. The site we ship is the start of a system, not a one-off deliverable.

OUR PROCESS

Sixsteps,oneconversation.

Linear enough to plan around, flexible enough to do good work.

01

Discover

Workshops, audits, analytics review. We learn the business before we open Figma.

02

Strategize

Sitemap, content strategy, and a positioning lens we revisit at every design decision.

03

Design

Brand-led UI, prototype-driven, reviewed in real browsers. Not a 90-page deck.

04

Develop

Built on the right CMS for your team, with clean code and editorial workflows that hold up.

05

Launch

QA across devices, performance budgets, redirects, analytics, and a calm go-live day.

06

Support

Optional retainer for iteration, A/B tests, and the inevitable post-launch wishlist.

THE STACK

Tools we reach for, picked for fit (not fashion).

Ursa Major
01 · Aerospace & Defense

Ursa Major

Ursa Major delivers mission-ready aerospace and defense systems across hypersonics, solid rocket motors, and space-based defense, leveraging additive manufacturing and modular architectures to produce scalable all-up rounds, engines, and SRMs faster than legacy providers. From throttleable, storable hypersonics to tactically responsive satellite propulsion and extended-range solid rocket motors, Ursa Major is powering the joint force with flexible, American-made systems for any mission, in any domain. DoodleWeb replatformed them onto WordPress — shipping a procurement-grade marketing site with significantly faster page loads, restructured navigation for defense and government stakeholders, and an editor-friendly CMS that lets internal comms publish at the pace of an engineering organization. Shipped in 16 weeks.

Amplify AI
02 · Technology & SaaS

Amplify AI

Amplify AI, a B2B SaaS startup, replaced a slow custom WordPress site with a Webflow rebuild from DoodleWeb. Outcome: 4× demo bookings in the first 60 days post-launch, demo-to-customer rate up 60%, and a marketing team that ships pages independently without engineering involvement. Shipped in 10 weeks.

Young Americans Center
03 · Education

Young Americans Center

Young Americans Center for Financial Education runs the only bank in the world for kids alongside a set of hands-on programs, AmeriTowne, International Towne, Money Matters, YouthBiz, and summer camp, that teach financial literacy to youth. Two audiences, two brands, one mission, and previously two disconnected websites. DoodleWeb ran a brand and experience repositioning, then rebuilt the platform on WordPress at WP Engine: a sub-brand system that lets Young Americans Center, Young Americans Bank, and each program keep its own color world while sharing one component library, program pages that lead with a plain-language promise instead of nonprofit jargon, and an editorial model that keeps mission content and regulated bank content cleanly separated. Shipped in 18 weeks. WCAG 2.2 AA conformant.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer custom web design or templated design?
100% custom. Every project starts from your brand, audience, and conversion goals, never from a marketplace theme.
Will I get to talk to the actual designers?
Yes. The senior designer who pitches the project is the same designer who builds it. No handoffs to junior staff.
How many design rounds are included?
Three rounds of revisions per major artifact (wireframes, visual direction, hi-fi). Additional rounds are quoted transparently.
