George Brown College
A Drupal 10 multi-faculty CMS for 30,000+ students and 100+ editors. AODA compliant at scale, with editorial bottlenecks designed out of the system.

Where they started.
George Brown College serves 30,000+ students across 8 faculties. Their previous CMS made cross-faculty governance impossible, AODA accessibility had gaps, and editorial bottlenecks meant simple updates took weeks. They needed a single platform that could handle 100+ editors without chaos.
What we built.
Drupal 10 multi-faculty CMS. Role-based publishing for 100+ editors with structured content templates and an editorial review workflow. AODA-compliant component library tested at every level (WCAG 2.2 AA). Layout Builder for marketing pages, Paragraphs for content authors, custom modules for program search and course catalog.
Where it landed.
AODA compliant at scale. Editorial bottleneck eliminated (faculties publish independently). Page load times improved across the board. IT team self-sufficient on content updates with documentation we wrote and training we delivered.
