About the role
We're putting out more video than ever — client stories, founder POVs, podcast cutdowns, product launches, paid ads, and quiet behind-the-scenes from the studio. We need an editor who can take a rough brief and a folder of footage and bring back something with a point of view. You'll work directly with the founder and our brand lead, and your edits will live on LinkedIn, YouTube, our site, and paid campaigns.
What you'll own
Edit long-form (case studies, founder talks, podcast clips) and short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn) from a shared footage library
Color grade, mix audio, and design clean motion typography that matches the DoodleWeb brand
Cut paid social ad variants quickly — multiple hooks, multiple aspect ratios, fast turnaround
Maintain a tidy project structure, proxies, naming conventions, and asset library so anyone can pick up a project
Suggest shot lists and creative direction for upcoming shoots — you're not just an executor
Add captions, supers, lower thirds, and platform-correct exports (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
