WP Engine invited us because SiteSonar is the tool we built to answer a question agencies kept asking us: how do you show a client, with data, that they are being named inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews?

What the session covers
1. Baselining AI visibility. Building a query set of 50 to 100 real buyer questions, running it across the four major engines, and recording brand-named rate, citation rate, and which competitors show up instead of you.
2. Fixing the gaps. The content and schema changes that actually move the number: question-shaped headings with the answer in the first sentence, FAQPage and Organization JSON-LD, entity consistency across your off-site profiles, and llms.txt.
3. Proving the lift. Weekly reruns of the same query set, wired to Search Console and GA4, so the report you hand a client is a movement chart rather than an assertion.
4. Packaging it as an agency service. Scoping, pricing bands, white-label reporting, and where AEO retainers fit next to existing SEO and maintenance work.
